London Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is currently the only officially Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Centre in London, authorised to instruct the curriculums of the Gracie Jiu-JItsu Academy.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has proven to be the most reliable system enabling a smaller person to defeat a larger heavier opponent in a real street fight.

The effectiveness of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu comes from employing efficient use of leverage and proper timing so that anybody can have the ability to defeat their opponent, regardless of age, strength, gender or athletic ability.

The Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy (and world Headquarters) in California, have dedicated many years organising all the techniques into a highly structured, systematic curriculum all the way from white to black belt.

Now for the first time, the official curriculums of the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy have been made available in London.
